1. Service Description

VidWorkflow provides AI-powered video generation services. You purchase access to generate a single full-length video through our guided workflow.

2. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are one-time payments. Due to the computational costs involved in AI generation, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact contact@mrassisted.com for refund requests.

3. Project Expiration

Projects expire 30 days after purchase. You must download all generated assets before expiration. We are not responsible for files not downloaded before expiry.

4. Content Policies

You agree not to:

• Generate adult, explicit, or harmful content
• Use copyrighted characters, brand logos, or intellectual property you don't own
• Impersonate real people without their consent
• Generate content that promotes violence, hate, or illegal activities

We reserve the right to refuse service and terminate projects that violate these policies without refund.

5. Content Ownership

You retain rights to the content you create with VidWorkflow. We do not claim ownership of your generated videos, scripts, or images.

6. Disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unexpected results. Generated content may not be suitable for all audiences or purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication.

7. Limitation of Liability

VidWorkflow is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
